Join Tds Airconditioning Industries as a Professional Driver in the heart of Bali! We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver to support our logistics operations by transporting technicians, air conditioning units, and equipment to and from client sites across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth and timely deliveries, pickups, and on-site support for our HVAC services. Your expertise in navigation, vehicle maintenance, and customer service will contribute directly to our mission of providing top-tier air conditioning solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibility
- Safely transport technicians, air conditioning units, and equipment to and from client sites, warehouses, and service locations.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to scheduled routes and traffic regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Assist technicians with loading, unloading, and securing HVAC equipment and materials.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize routes in Bali’s diverse regions.
- Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents to the logistics coordinator promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in logistics or HVAC-related fields.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment (up to 25 kg) as needed.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
