Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team supervision to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of logistics and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transport, procurement, and customer service, to align operations with business goals.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics, warehouse management, or branch supervision, preferably in the manufacturing or transport industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
