Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the procurement process by canvassing suppliers, comparing prices, and preparing purchase orders.
- Organize and label inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including barcode scanning and digital tracking.
- Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, or Google Sheets).
- Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
