Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring real-time updates and minimal discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Prepare, verify, and submit inventory-related documents, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and stock reports.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support office administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to reconcile inventory data with financial records.
- Identify and report inventory issues, such as shortages, overstock, or damaged goods, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or office administration (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelorâs degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
