Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, inspecting, and storing of raw materials, components, and finished goods in compliance with company standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, and issue inventory items to fulfill internal and external orders.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Coordinate with third-party warehouse providers to manage inbound and outbound logistics, including documentation and tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing shipment documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and production, to ensure timely material availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data and inventory systems.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO standards is a bonus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekend shifts, as required.
