Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Record production data, including output, downtime, and quality control metrics, in company systems.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking raw materials and finished products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the palm oil or food processing industry.
- Basic understanding of production machinery and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
