Responsibility
- Develop and maintain material requirement plans (MRP) to align with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, reducing carrying costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times, deliveries, and quality standards for raw materials.
- Implement just-in-time (JIT) inventory strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, material usage, and procurement performance for stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in materials planning, inventory control, or supply chain coordination, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of MRP, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
