Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for warehouse workflows, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound operations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all warehouse activities.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other tools to track performance metrics and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics industries.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of warehouse personnel.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, WMS, and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
