Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and team productivity.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical logistics is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Certification in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
