Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety, security, and organizational protocols.
- Optimize space utilization and layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and operational metrics.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
