Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of products to guarantee they meet specified quality criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
- Ensure documentation and record-keeping practices align with quality standards and regulatory mandates.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sectors.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conducting audits.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools, statistical analysis, and process improvement techniques.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to train teams and drive quality initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
