Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform packaging, labeling, and inspection tasks in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate technical problems to maintenance teams.
- Document production data, including output quantities, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing environments (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20-25 kg.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or ISO standards is advantageous.
