As a Booking Driver, you will be responsible for transporting Yakult products from our depot to assigned supermarkets and retail stores, ensuring that all deliveries are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies. Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport Yakult products from the Bali depot to assigned retail locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by following predefined routes and schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team to report delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
- Assist in loading and unloading products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with retail partners and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in driving and logistics, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and delivery routes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of products.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends, as required.
