Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to operators.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Identify bottlenecks in production processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and quality assurance, to streamline operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workstations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in training new employees and reinforcing best practices among the team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with supervisory exposure preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
