Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and execution of inventory management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, shipments, and receipts using digital tools.
- Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve supply chain performance.
- Resolve logistical issues promptly, including delays, shortages, or transportation challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers to align inventory and logistics activities with project timelines and budgets.
- Generate reports on inventory status, logistics performance, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve logistical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
