Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Assist in generating reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance provided for heavier items).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet operational demands.
