Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to fleet operations, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Track and report on operational expenses (OPEX) to ensure budget adherence and financial accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for fleet-related activities, working closely with finance teams.
- Generate regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and efficiency metrics for management review.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including logistics, finance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless fleet management.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet-related transactions, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support procurement processes for fleet supplies, services, and maintenance contracts.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or financial support roles, preferably in logistics or fleet management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fleet management software or ERP systems is a plus.
