Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination of daily logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and generate reports to support demand planning and procurement.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve shipment delays or discrepancies.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Optimize warehouse operations by organizing storage, picking, and packing processes for efficiency.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the implementation of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for all supply chain transactions and communications.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a multicultural team environment.
