Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety, security, and organizational standards in compliance with company policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve space utilization and operational workflows.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
- Analyze inventory turnover and demand forecasts to support strategic decision-making and reduce carrying costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with smart home products or the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in logistics or inventory management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous.
