Responsibility
- Lead and optimize procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize waste and improve turnover rates.
- Oversee logistics and distribution operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all supply chain activities.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in inventory optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with lean supply chain principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or APICS are highly desirable.
