Responsibility

  • Lead and optimize procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and supplier relationship management.
  • Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize waste and improve turnover rates.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all supply chain activities.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in inventory optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with lean supply chain principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or APICS are highly desirable.
