Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, logistics) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze demand forecasts, adjusting supply chain strategies to meet market fluctuations and customer demands.
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, quality standards, and cost-effective sourcing.
- Utilize ERP and supply chain management software to track KPIs, generate reports, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean methodologies and automation, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or APICS are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or multicultural environments is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
