Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock receiving, transfer, and dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using advanced inventory management systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of inventory records in the system to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve accuracy, productivity, and space utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow and minimize delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to support demand forecasting and procurement planning.
- Lead and train warehouse staff on best practices for inventory control, safety, and system usage.
- Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, including discrepancies, damages, or shortages, in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or retail inventory processes is a plus.
