Responsibility
- Monitor and verify all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Conduct thorough inspections of products against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using digital or manual systems, ensuring real-time data accuracy.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management for immediate resolution.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize stock, label items, and optimize storage space for efficiency.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory audits to reconcile system data with actual stock levels.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant warehouse environment.
- Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and potential issues for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in stock quantities or product conditions.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) or Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with team members and supervisors.
- Physical ability to lift, move, or inspect goods as required (up to 20-25 kg).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
