As a Production Scheduler, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, meticulously planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining efficiency and quality. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to align material availability with production timelines.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) inventory and adjust schedules to minimize bottlenecks and delays.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track production metrics, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on production status, variances, and KPIs for management review.
- Respond to urgent scheduling changes due to demand fluctuations, equipment failures, or supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Baliās industrial landscape or willingness to relocate to Badung.
