Responsibility
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track and record stock levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory variances.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in physical inventory audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
