Responsibility
- Verify and document the quantity, quality, and condition of all incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to supervisors for resolution.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline receiving and dispatch processes.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Label, tag, and organize stock in designated storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in stock quantities or documentation.
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management software or inventory tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for clear reporting and team coordination.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg, as well as stand or walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain processes, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are advantageous.
