Responsibility
- Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems to detect and deter suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of warehouse premises to ensure security compliance.
- Enforce access control procedures, including verifying identification and logging visitor entries.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent theft or tampering.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security-related activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to implement and improve security protocols.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including fire, medical, or evacuation situations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Valid security guard license or certification (e.g., PSA, TESDA) is a plus.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
