Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium in-store experience for cycling enthusiasts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain store visual standards and brand compliance in alignment with company guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on promotions, marketing campaigns, and inventory planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in sports, outdoor, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting performance targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of or interest in cycling, outdoor sports, or related industries is advantageous.
