Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, offering personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cashier duties.
- Maintain a pristine store environment, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on new collections, trends, and product knowledge to deliver accurate and compelling information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and luxury service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and at least one full shift per week.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and luxury products with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven sales and upselling abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and alignment with the brand’s image.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management.
