Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding company standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
