Responsibility
- Monitor and verify the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing warehouse supplies, products, or materials.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and optimal space utilization.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and documenting details.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified).
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic computer skills is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
