Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule and manage shipments.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, with proper certification if required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
