Responsibility
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of building materials and other goods.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment or delivery.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) and assist with forklift operations if certified.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily warehouse targets and deadlines.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25-50 kg) repeatedly.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or general labor roles is a plus.
- Forklift operation certification or experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and willingness to follow protocols.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
