Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate product quality against established standards and specifications.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports to identify root causes.
- Lead and document corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to address quality issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of production lines, materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement quality improvements.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, including reports, SOPs, and audit findings.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/Quality Control within manufacturing, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, ISO standards, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Proficient in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with QMS software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
