Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Oversee customer service standards, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Maintain staff discipline, productivity, and professional development through effective leadership.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
