Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to meet daily targets.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product excellence.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
- Prepare reports on production metrics, challenges, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food production supervision.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in production software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
