Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize sourcing, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.
- Lead price negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and contracts.
- Analyze market trends, cost structures, and demand forecasts to create competitive pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) to align procurement and pricing with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and cost benchmarks.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while maintaining continuity and resilience in procurement processes.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track KPIs, cost savings, and ROI on procurement initiatives.
- Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing practices in line with company values and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, pricing strategy, or supply chain management, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in cost reduction, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence internal and external partners.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing models, and cost structures in logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Asian languages is advantageous.
