Responsibility
- Operate Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, containers, or pallets using forklifts or manual methods.
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure forklifts are in optimal working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning, labeling, and documenting all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to prioritize tasks and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in organizing warehouse space to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Valid SIO (Surat Izin Operator) for forklift/Reach Truck operation.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating Reach Trucks or similar warehouse equipment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA/industry standards.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25-50 kg and perform repetitive motions (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
- Basic literacy in English or Bahasa Indonesia for reading work orders and safety instructions.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
