Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best deals for raw materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely procurement and avoid stockouts.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track order statuses, resolve delivery issues, and maintain clear communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to align procurement activities with budget and operational goals.
- Maintain organized records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is an advantage.
