Responsibility

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet company standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best deals for raw materials and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely procurement and avoid stockouts.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Track order statuses, resolve delivery issues, and maintain clear communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to align procurement activities with budget and operational goals.
  • Maintain organized records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements for auditing and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
  • Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is an advantage.
