Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Coordinate export/import activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation.
- Optimize logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive strategic sourcing decisions.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on procurement and logistics activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and international trade laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of export/import regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
