Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals for the company.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, budget adherence, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements for audit and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
