Responsibility
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
