Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with internal teams to forecast demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, contracts, and performance records.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize procurement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
