Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products using precision measurement tools.
- Develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Generate detailed QC reports, documenting findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Train and mentor QC staff on best practices, standards, and the use of inspection equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality regulations (e.g., ISO, SNI).
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficient in using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM) and QC software.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis (RCA) techniques.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a benefit.
