Responsibility
- Process and manage purchase orders (PO) in compliance with company policies and vendor agreements.
- Track and monitor order statuses, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement transactions, inventories, and supplier communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, finance) to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Resolve discrepancies or delays in orders by liaising with vendors and logistics teams.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, PO management, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost analysis is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
