Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee inventory management and logistics to maintain optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
- Support the Operations Controller in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
