Responsibility
- Lead and manage the R&D team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of research and development projects.
- Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and marketing, to drive product improvements and new product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective project execution.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to maintain the company's competitive edge.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a managerial role within R&D, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics sectors.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Six Sigma.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
