In this role, you will oversee the management of corporate assets, including vehicles, office buildings, stationery, and critical documentation such as insurance policies. Your expertise will help maintain organizational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness, enabling the company to focus on its core business objectives.

Responsibility
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of company assets, including vehicles, office equipment, and facilities.
- Oversee the procurement, distribution, and tracking of office supplies (ATK) to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to maintain up-to-date policies for all corporate assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Organize and archive critical company documents, including contracts, titles, and insurance certificates, ensuring easy retrieval and security.
- Monitor asset utilization and recommend disposal or replacement of outdated or underutilized items to optimize resources.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of company assets.
- Prepare regular reports on asset status, expenditures, and compliance for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for asset-related expenses and capital expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate affairs, asset management, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of asset tracking systems and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with asset management software.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
