Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with various departments to align production plans with sales forecasts and customer demands.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory status, and other key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to production and inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to production or inventory.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
