Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using modern warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely and error-free operations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and organizational standards within the warehouse.
- Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and operational performance for management review.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on best practices for handling, storing, and tracking inventory.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and best practices in inventory control.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg (physical demands may vary).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
